The Kyiv School of Economics Foundation invites young Ukrainian professionals currently living abroad who wish to return to Ukraine and work on reforms together with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
Program Objective:
“Create Ukraine” is designed to bring young Ukrainian professionals back to their homeland and implement their international experience and best global practices. The program aims to assist the Government in reforming the state and overcoming the challenges of the war.
The program offers:
• Professional Opportunities: Participants will work on real projects and initiatives of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
• Training and Development: The program includes comprehensive training and seminars on public administration, project management, and leadership.
• Networking and Support: Participants will work with mentors and other professionals who will provide support and help in their professional and personal development.
Candidate Requirements:
• Ukrainian citizenship
• Aged 22 to 35 years old (the initiative is part of EU4Youth)
• At least one year of professional experience abroad in economics, public administration, international relations, or related fields
• Or a master’s degree obtained from international universities, even if there is no work experience abroad
